The inorganic core process, as a green alternative to the traditional hot box and cold box processes, offers improved core quality with high structural properties and dimensional precision at lowered environmental impact. Core production is virtually odorless, emissions-free and requires no air treatment, allowing improved working conditions and better subsequent aluminum casting quality.
Currently, the inorganic process is available for our core shooters within the MDs series and MP series. We also provide the specific sand preparation and mixing system, working closely with our customers to develop the complete set of equipment requirements for your inorganic production line.
